Risk management is playing an increasingly important role in corporate management, even outside of regulated business areas. We support you in setting up and further developing a lean and effective risk management system that is integrated into the business processes. In doing so, not only quantitative methods are used. It is also a question, for example, of qualitatively recording operational or regulatory risks, identifying them as a basis for business decisions and evaluating them with regard to their influence on the business activity.

• Setting up a risk management system: Our services range from comprehensive risk analysis of your business processes, including   development of all processes and instruments necessary for implementation and reporting, to selective support in the analysis and implementation of specific requirements.
• Implementation of risk management: Depending on the size of the company, it may not be worthwhile to set up and locate the risk management function with the necessary know-how internally. We accompany you or also take over the tasks for the periodic risk assessment and the corresponding reporting.
