Helmut Dietl is a Counsel with the Center for Cryptoeconomics and full Professor of Services & Operations Management at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He is also Chairman of the Board for the Center for Research in Sports Administration (CRSA). He specializes in services and operations management with a focus on regulated industries, digital and platform competition, and sports. He holds a doctoral degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Germany.
