Biography

Martin Lutzenberger is an Expert Fellow and Professor of Economics at the BSP Business School Berlin. He is an expert in the regulation of network industries and economic analyses in transport markets. After his studies in economics at the University of Freiburg i.Br. he received a doctoral degree at the University of Zurich and worked as a Project Manager, Senior Research Associate and Lecturer at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and University of Zurich.
